  • "I visited Oleg’s clinic as I was suffering from very bad pain in my lower back. Sitting, laying down and also bending over was super painful. Oleg treated me on a weekly basis for a couple of months, he also sent me some personalised exercises that he would review and upgrade every week. The whole routine would not take more than 10 min to complete, and sticking to it was super easy as he made sure I could use whatever I had at home to get them done. Now, fast forward a few weeks from the first visit I have to say that I could not be happier with the progress.
