Pre / Post-Operative Rehabilitation
Have you recently had or will have an orthopaedic surgery? Monageer Physio is going to get you on your feet with a rehabilitation plan. Post-op rehab is a vital part of getting you as close as possible to normal after surgery. Resting is not a good idea as it simply means your muscles are getting weaker and atrophy, so when the post-op inflammation is down, your body is weaker and rehab is bound to take much longer.
Postural & Ergonomic Assessment
Do you have a sitting job and you feel neck and shoulder pain? This is likely due to poor ergonomics and posture during your working hours. Monageer Physio will help you with ergonomic advice and show you a few self-management strategies with stretches and strengthening exercises. This will get your neck and shoulders into a good healthy position so you can focus on your work and not be bothered with the pain.
Hands-On Treatment
Whether part of your rehab, or if you just need some maintenance work every so often, Monageer Physio is here to help with different manual therapy techniques, massage and dry needling. This helps relax any tight muscles and stiff joints.
